First-time Pro subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their initial payment. The refund applies once per customer (no refunds on renewals).

Email support@winningprod.com from the address on your account. Most refund requests are processed within 24 hours. After the refund is issued by Paddle, the funds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
